Samarkand Bread

Samarkand flatbread is one of the symbols of Uzbek cuisine, famous for its unique taste, golden crust, and aroma of fresh baking.
It is more than just bread — it is a part of national traditions accompanying both special occasions and everyday life.

During the workshop, the baker will share and demonstrate all the nuances of making authentic Samarkand flatbread — from kneading the dough and shaping the bread to baking it in a traditional tandoor oven.
Guests will take part in each stage and then taste the warm, freshly baked bread.
